- The rental prices are valid only for one day of use, if there is no other option to choose. For more days, please ask us for a special offer.
- The day of delivery and collection is free of charge, and there is also no charge for the day before the overnight delivery. The days in-between are counted as rental period days.
- EVERYTIME BEFORE YOU ORDER, please inquire via telephone or email to check if they are available for rent during the period you need, otherwise we can not accept your order:

- Then, during the payment process, please enter the FROM US CONFIRMED rental period under “Your Remarks”!
- An online order without our confirmation we can not accept.
- We need a copy of the identity card from the tenant (both sides). We reserve the right to require a rental deposit as collateral.
- Our rental offers are only valid for Germany.
